Los Danzantes Blanco Mezcal

Made of espadín agave from the central valley of Oaxaca,

production is entirely artisanal. Piñas are cooked over mesquite wood in an underground oven, called a ‘palenque,’ and the juice is distillated in a copper pot still under direct fire. Mildly sweet and minty, with a smoky finish.
