Alipus San Luis Blanco Mezcal

The Alipús range celebrates the small producers of Oaxaca – this one is made by Don Baltazar Cruz Gómez. Made from espadín agave – a variety commonly used in mezcal production – grown at 950m in the sandy soil outside San Luis, this unique mezcal is spicy, round and soft.
