Mathilde Poire Liqueur

Mathilde Poire Liqueur is a product of Cognac Pierre Ferrand, established in 1702. One of several hand crafted fruit liqueurs produced at Maison Ferrand. To create Mathilde Poire Liqueur, alcohol is infused with Bon-Chretien Williams pears. This infusion is added to the distillate of pear cider. Mathilde Poire Liqueur is delicately sweet, tart, ripe and clean. Use in a Seattle Southside Cocktail or in a Mulled Wine.
